Complaint Fast Awareness Bracelet
I
created the Receive Journal
for participants of my Receive and Manifest course as a companion
workbook/journal. The ongoing exercises in learning to receive produce such
magnificent results helping people to manifest their goals and dreams that I
wanted to make it easier for everyone to continue to do the Receive exercises
after the course or workshops ends.
The
Receive Journal includes:

Quotes to inspire you.

A section to write five gratitudes each day.

A month overview page to record your receiving and giving.

Space to record a 60-second visualization of something you receive and give
each day.

A section titled
Embracing It All
to write down what you received throughout the month.

Two pages for each month to journal and record your progress and
experiences.
All of these exercises help fertilize the soil of receiving, which in turn will
attract your goals to you.
